Araldite LY 1564/Aradur 3486 is a warm curing, epoxy system for composites. This system consists of Araldite LY 1564 an epoxy resin and hardeners Aradur 3486.

The Araldite LY 1564/Aradur 3486 system has low viscosity and high flexibility. The reactivity can be adjusted to suit the application. Hardeners XB 3486 has a long service life making it great for large industrial parts.

The vacuum delivery system of ARALDITE® LY1572 resin and ARADUR® 3486 curing agent developed by Huntsman Advanced Materials combines extreme mechanical properties and excellent processing performance, not only with low viscosity, but also with great flexibility in implementation. Araldite AW 4856/HW 4856 is a two-component, epoxy adhesive that offers rapid curing and outstanding impact and fatigue resistance. This toughened adhesive is non-slumping on vertical surfaces up to 50mm1 and has a high resistance to crack formation after cure.
Araldite AW 4856/HW 4856 offers a long working time and low exotherm and shrinkage for thick bond lines.

Mould Release Agent QZ 13 allows trouble-free de-moulding of epoxy resin castings,
mouldings and laminates. A brush, rag, spray gun or vaporizer is used to apply the
thinnest possible layer to the surface of moulds or models. Aerosol can application of a
fine, homogeneous coating is particularly economical.
A single application of Mould Release Agent QZ 13 suffices to allow ready de-moulding of
several cold or hot curing Araldite epoxy castings. Nevertheless, we recommend applying
of a fresh layer after each de-moulding operation.
